20 Years of  Excellence in Building

 This year marks a very special accomplishment for Todd Loscombe and his company.  2011 is the 20th year anniversary of their inception in June of 1991.  Although the 20 year milestone is an accomplishment that not many see, Loscombe knows that continuing his success into the future will only come from staying relevant with the most current housing trends and designs.  In today's market most builders are struggling to find their place, while Loscombe has continued to strengthen his reputation for true custom home building through his design build business structure.

Loscombe Custom Homes will build for Bridgeport’s Harbour Town

 SYRACUSE, NY, September 9, 2009 - Loscombe Custom Homes will be a participating builder for the Harbour Town Waterfront Residential Community at Fisher Bay. Harbour Town is a unique Community offering custom homes built by Loscombe Custom Homes. “We are honored to be involved with Harbour Town and share our expertise in the design build process”, states Todd Loscombe. Each home will be built and designed by the owner in concert with Loscombe Custom Homes. The community will be comprised of 98 fee simple detached homes. An Owners Association approved by the New York State Attorney General office will maintain all of the common areas including the marina basin.
